Role-specific training is a training plan geared specifically toward equipping an employee with the resources and skills needed for a specific position. D - Squared was retained by a Global Consumer Electronics Giant for their CoE to create the practice of Role Based Learning Path for role holders under aegis of CS Academy.
D-Squared was engaged by the largest Indian conglomerate working in the domains of Infrastructure, Building, Agriculture and Industrial inculcating performance culture across the organisation for a renewable yearlong engagement. The key ask was to sensitize the leadership and the management cadres on what “performance” is and how managing performance is the only way to manage the business.
D – Squared designed a 3-stage program for one of India's premium customer services company dealing in the personal devices and small and large home appliances. The ask was to create and enable execution of the training and development initiatives primarily for the frontline and contact-centre agents.
