Role-specific training is a training plan geared specifically toward equipping an employee with the resources and skills needed for a specific position. D – Squared was retained by a Global Consumer Electronics Giant for their CoE to create the practice of Role Based Learning Path for role holders under aegis of CS Academy.
D – Squared team were able to aid the team to incorporate role-based training that provides employees with the tools and resources they need to not just do their job, but to perform it accurately. Role-applicable training can optimize an employee’s skill set and set them up for long-term success in their role. Our intervention was about offering role-based training that fits into an organization’s culture. We made available a huge library of over 9500 courses. All to meet the niche demands of today’s evolving ecosystems.
