A CEO’s vision is the long-term true north of an organization. In the rapidly changing business environment, to fulfil this vision, the
strategy needs to be modified rapidly too. As the strategic changes take effect, knowledge upgradation and the upskilling of people responsible for implementing them becomes critical to the success of an organization.
